Thanks so much for your interest in my work! Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about my process, materials, shipping, jewelry care, and more. Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in my studio, and I want you to feel confident and informed when making a purchase.

Is all of your jewelry really handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handmade by me in my studio using traditional tools and techniques. From stone cutting and enamel work to bead stitching and silver casting, I personally create each item from start to finish.
What materials do you use?
I work primarily with sterling and fine silver, vitreous enamel, semi-precious stones, lab opals, and high-quality beads. Many of my stones are hand-cut and polished in-house, and I use traditional techniques like sandcasting, stone inlay, and bead embroidery.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a dry, clean place and avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, and perfumes. For silver pieces, a gentle polish with a soft cloth will keep them looking bright. Enamel and stone jewelry should be handled with care to avoid chipping or cracking.
Do you take custom orders?
Occasionally! If you’re interested in a custom piece based on my existing styles, feel free to contact me through the website. I’ll let you know if I can accommodate your request.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
I want you to love your jewelry. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can find a solution. Due to the handmade nature of my work, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship items usually go out within 3–5 business days. For made-to-order pieces or during busy times, please allow a little extra time. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
