Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade, returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Once the return is received and inspected, I will issue a replacement or refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

I recommend using a trackable shipping method, as I cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Cancellations

Cancellations for custom or personalized orders can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
